2. Required Information for Requests

- Name, identification, and contact details of the requesting officer
- Name and contact details of the authorized recipient (if different)
- Clear description of the information requested
- Specific timeframe for compliance
Requests should be submitted in English whenever possible.
3. Jurisdiction and Legal Process
All legal requests must be properly issued under applicable law.
For data stored in the United States, foreign law enforcement agencies must follow appropriate legal channels, such as Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) procedures or equivalent legal frameworks.
Linktify will only respond to requests that are legally valid and enforceable within the appropriate jurisdiction.
4. Review and Response Process
We carefully review each request to ensure:

- It is binding under applicable law
